What is JIT Bathboard ?
JIT Bathboard are lightweight tileable boards used to box in bathtubs ready for tiling.
The boards have adjustable feet that allow the height to be altered to fit site dimensions. JIT Bathboard do not need a stud frame work they are simply glued into place using MS or PU seal promoting a quick and easy installation JIT Bathboard can be trimmed if required.
to suit bathtub dimensions using a standard craft knife or hand saw.
Why use JIT Bathboard?
• Installing a control framework is not necessary.
• Tiles, filler or plaster can be applied directly.
• Will fit any bath up to 2100mm in length and can be cut down to size if necessary.
• Screeding of up to 25mm can be compensated for during installation by using height-adjustable feet.
• Waterproof: Will prevent build up of mould.
• Labour saving: Faster to install than traditional hand built frames.
• High compressive strength > 300 kPa.
